In 2004, Gerald Haddock, through Haddock Investments, created a real estate development arm that remains actively engaged in retail real estate development.

Haddock Investments has established relationships with retailers to fulfill their build-to-suit needs. For example, Haddock Investments’ previous ventures include many build-to-suit Starbucks throughout Texas. Examples of other companies, which have purchased pad sites from Haddock Investments, include Arby’s, Chili’s, Capital One, QuikTrip, and National Tire & Battery. Further, Haddock Investments recently sold all of its real estate holdings in Midlothian, TX, as well as, in McKinney, TX.
