Gerald W. Haddock - President

Gerald Haddock is the president and founder of Haddock Investments. In 2000, Mr. Haddock decided to use his more than 30 years of financial, real estate, oil and gas, and legal experience in order to form his own company, Haddock Enterprises, LLC, and focus on private equity and commercial real estate investments. In addition to his role as president of Haddock Investments, Gerald Haddock serves on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards, including the board for Meritage Homes Corporation, the Board of Trustees for the Baylor College of Medicine, the Baylor University Executive Investment Committee, and several others. Mr. Haddock has his BBA from Baylor University, JD from Baylor University School of Law, LLM from New York University School of Law, and MBA from Dallas Baptist University. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, the Hon. Diane Haddock.

Arin Schall – Vice President


Arin Schall Esq. is Vice President of Haddock Investments. She began in November 2012. Since 2002, Arin has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. She brings more than 10 years of experience including the prosecution, defense, and appeal of civil professional malpractice, commercial litigation, and other business law matters. Arin received her BA from Texas A&M and her JD from Baylor University School of Law. Along with her legal expertise, Arin is very active in the Fort Worth community, not only in her legal role, but also as an active volunteer or sponsor with several organizations, including The Birthday Party Project and The Humane Society of North Texas. She currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas.
